Below is my Google PageSpeed Insights Score with Google Adsense Installed:

As you can see, it is the mobile result that is significantly affected regardless if I installed Google Analytics or not.
My humble conclusion: Google Adsense affects mobile page speed.
With Nitropack, I really don’t think this would be a problem anymore (updated 2020 11 19). Read Google Adsense and Nitropack at Nitropack Review: Does it Really Work?
I have used Nitropack in late October of 2020 and so far I am pretty amazed at what it can do.

Note: I am removing Google Adsense after this test. I think I better focus on affiliate links, and other income streams to replace Adsense.
